Gemini owns all kinds of processing equipment, including CNC pipe bender, pipe cutting machine, pipe drawing machine, special-shaped pipe forming machine, pipe straightening machine, knurling machine, bar abrader, belt sander and heat treatment equipment…etc.
The automatic production line provides customization as well as expedites the production.

展暉廠內設無心研磨工廠，在提高管件外圓精細度的同時更兼顧了表面處理，是展暉維持
產品品質的堅強後盾。
Gemini possesses the skill of centerless grinding , which is the technique of surface treatment to improve the fineness. To apply it , superior quality of pipes is required.
In consequence, we could double assure the accuracy of product by conducting the process.

我們的品質檢測系統包括進料檢驗、製程檢驗與成品檢驗。
本公司配有全系列檢測儀器，所有檢驗人員都經過專業訓練，並徹底執行品保策略。
Gemini's quality inspection system includes incoming (IQC), in process (IPQCS) and
final quality control (FQC).
We are equipped with a series of precision inspection instruments. Also, our quality controllers are professionally trained and rigorously perform the quality control process.
包裝運送
Packing and Delivery
除了產品本身外，對於包材我們也一絲不苟，不斷地精進改良，為的是創造出最合適、保護能力更高的包材，確保產品保持在最佳狀態並順利送達。
